Can it be used on the eyes?
Yes, as a compress on closed eyelids. For use around the eyes, the formula is validated by a tolerance test.
Is a makeup-removing lotion version available?
Yes, we offer an eye makeup-removing water version with a very mild surfactant.
What is the difference between a hydrosol and floral water?
Both terms refer to the aromatic water obtained by steam-distilling plants. We use hydrosol when it is neither diluted nor mixed with fragrances.
Does the hydrosol contain preservatives?
Yes. A hydrosol alone deteriorates quickly: we stabilize it with a preservative system validated by challenge testing and listed in the INCI.
