What happens after I book a free consultation?
A product specialist reviews your project, then contacts you on the channel you chose: WhatsApp, email or phone. You then receive a selection of suitable formulas and a detailed quote covering formats, packaging and quantities.
Is the quote free and without obligation?
Yes. Requesting a quote is free and commits you to nothing. You decide on next steps once you have the formula selection and the quote.
Do I need a product brief already?
No. A few lines are enough: product type, target market, brand image. We build the brief with you. To prepare, read our cosmetic product brief guide.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Carmel Cosmetics Labs offers an accessible MOQ. Quantities are defined with you, product by product, and stated in the quote.
Can I test samples before production?
Yes. You test the textures and fragrances of the selected formulas, and we adjust them before starting production at our Aït Melloul factory.
Can your products be sold in Europe and the United States?
Yes. Our formulas comply with EU standards (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009), with a Product Information File and safety assessment, and our facility is registered with the FDA (MoCRA). We manufacture for brands in more than 35 countries.
What is the manufacturing lead time?
The manufacturing lead time is defined with you in the quote, depending on the formula, packaging and quantities.
