What are bulk cosmetics?
Bulk cosmetics are cosmetic products made in a factory and delivered in large containers rather than individual bottles. The client fills them itself, offers them as refills to its customers or uses them in the treatment room. At Carmel Cosmetics Labs, bulk formulas are made in our ISO 22716 certified factory in Aït Melloul (Greater Agadir).
Which products do you offer in bulk?
Shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, shower gels, liquid soaps, body lotions, black soap, scrubs, massage oils, cleansers and face creams. The formulas in our catalog are available in large volumes, and our formulators can create a custom formula.
Is the quality the same as a finished product?
Yes. Bulk formulas are made in the same tanks, with the same quality checks and the same batch traceability as our packaged finished products.
Can I customize a bulk formula?
Yes. You can adjust the fragrance, texture or actives of a formula from our catalog, or have a custom formula created by our formulation laboratory.
What is the minimum quantity for a bulk order?
Carmel Cosmetics Labs offers an accessible MOQ. Volumes are defined with you according to the products and stated in your quote.
Do my bulk products comply with regulations?
Our formulas comply with EU standards (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009). If you place them on the market under your name, we support you with the Product Information File (PIF) and labeling.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship bulk orders within Morocco and for export. Shipping terms are specified in your quote.
