Carmel Cosmetics Labs is a cosmetics lab and B2B manufacturer based in Aït Melloul, Greater Agadir, Morocco. We formulate, manufacture and package face, body, hair and hygiene products, white label and custom, to EU standards, for 500+ brands in 35 countries.

Yes. Our factory is certified by Bureau Veritas to ISO 22716 (cosmetic good manufacturing practices) and ISO 9001 (quality management). It is declared with the Ministry of Health and ONSSA, holds AMMPS authorization, and has organic certifications under the EU and USDA standards.

Our headquarters, lab and factory are at B1006 Zone Industrielle, 86150 Aït Melloul, in the Agadir region. All our products are manufactured, filled and labeled there. We also have representative offices in Paris, London and Dover (United States). See our addresses.

We handle the whole process: formulation, manufacturing, design, printing, labeling and packaging. With white label, you choose your products and packaging, then receive our quote. The order is confirmed with a deposit, our studio finalizes the design with you, then production is scheduled. Once the order is ready, you pay the balance and delivery is arranged according to your instructions.

Our formulators build on scientific research and Morocco's natural actives, such as argan, prickly pear, rhassoul and black seed. Depending on your needs, we offer paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, vegan and cruelty-free formulas, as well as certified organic formulas.

The production timeline is defined with you in the quote, based on formulas, packaging and quantities. The production completion date is confirmed as soon as your project is approved.

Water is a major cosmetic ingredient: a cream can be more than half water. Our factory is equipped with a reverse osmosis system with UV filtration that demineralizes, purifies and sterilizes the water, and water conductivity is checked every day.

The retail price is your brand's decision. As the manufacturer, we do not set resale prices. It depends on your positioning, audience and sales channels: choose the strategy that gives you the best margin.

Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements with clients who have industrial or intellectual property to protect.

It is possible after review by our R&D team, case by case: the ingredient's origin, technical data sheet, safety data sheet, and stability and preservation tests. An ingredient is never accepted automatically.

Yes. You deliver your packaging to us for filling; we sterilize it before filling. We recommend providing migration tests, the food-contact certificate and technical data sheets for your packaging.

Yes. We can arrange the import of specific packaging with hands-on support. This option requires a larger budget and more time: we mainly recommend it for brands that have already validated their market.

Yes, we offer secondary packaging: folding cartons and outer packaging.

For logos, PNG files with a transparent background, or SVG. For images, high-resolution files. For finished labels, PDF or AI files with fonts and images embedded.

Yes. Register your trademark with the industrial property office of the country where you sell it (OMPIC in Morocco). Filing is the brand's responsibility.

It is not required to get started. However, we recommend setting up a trading company if you plan to grow or export.

Our formulas meet EU standards (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009), with a Product Information File and safety assessment. Our factory is ISO 22716 certified by Bureau Veritas, and our facility is registered with the FDA (MoCRA) for export to the United States. Ask your customer to stop using the product and forward the complaint to your order manager with the batch number. Check with them which products were combined, the order and frequency of application, and any allergy to an ingredient on the INCI list. In Morocco, cosmetovigilance is handled by the Poison Control and Pharmacovigilance Center (CAPM), listed on our labels.

Product name, nominal content, directions for use, precautions, name and address of the responsible person, ingredient list (INCI), batch number and durability date, in the official language of the country of sale. Claims must stay cosmetic: a cosmetic product cleanses, protects or beautifies; it does not treat.

The order is confirmed on receipt of a 70% deposit by bank transfer. The 30% balance is paid before delivery, by transfer, deposit, or in cash for orders under 5,000 dirhams. Checks are not accepted. A commercial invoice accompanies every order.

We deliver worldwide through partner carriers specialized in domestic and international shipping. Freight forwarding and customs clearance remain the client's responsibility; we provide assistance case by case.
