Your pure ingredient questions
Are your powders, hydrosols and essential oils pure?
Yes, in their standard version: a single ingredient with no fillers or added fragrance. Hydrosols contain a preservative system validated by challenge testing and listed in the INCI.
What is the minimum order?
We offer an accessible MOQ, based on the ingredient, fill volume and packaging. Your advisor will specify it in the quote.
What documents do you provide?
Certificate of analysis for each batch, technical data sheet, INCI list, chromatography (GC) and safety data sheet for essential oils, and a Product Information File (PIF) for sales in Europe.
Do you offer bulk formats?
Yes: powders and clays up to 25 kg, hydrosols in 5 and 20 l containers, essential oils in 100 ml bottles or 1 and 5 l containers.
Can you create a blend?
Yes: rhassoul (ghassoul) clay with botanicals, clay and nila, an essential oil blend or a toning hydrosol. Our formulation lab validates each blend.
