Your home fragrance questions
Are diffusers and sprays cosmetics?
No. These are home fragrance products: they scent the air and fabrics, not the skin. They follow the CLP regulation (EC) 1272/2008: a label with pictograms and allergens, and a safety data sheet, which we prepare with you.
Can we create a fragrance for our hotel?
Yes. We work from our fragrance library (orange blossom, amber, musk, oud, jasmine, green tea, eucalyptus, vanilla, lavender, gardenia) or create a custom fragrance for the diffuser, mist and your care products.
What is the minimum order?
We offer an accessible MOQ based on the product, bottle and fragrance. Your advisor specifies it in your quote.
Do you offer refills?
Yes: 500 ml and 1 l refills for teams, and 5 l containers to refill lobby and guest room bottles.
Can these products be sold in store?
Yes. The diffuser and pillow mist come in retail formats, with a box under your brand, to extend the experience at home.
