How long does a diffuser last?
It depends on volume, reed count and the room. A 200 ml diffuser usually lasts several weeks; we adjust the formula to your intended use.
Do you offer refills?
Yes: 500 ml and 1 l refills for your teams, and 5 l containers to refill lobby and guest room bottles.
Are these products cosmetics?
No. Diffusers and room sprays are home fragrance products: they are not applied to skin and follow the CLP Regulation (hazard labeling, allergens, safety data sheet), which we prepare with you.
Can we use the same fragrance as our care products?
Yes. That is the idea: the same fragrance in the diffuser, spray, shower gel and body lotion creates a recognizable scent signature, from lobby to room.
