A white label perfume manufacturer produces perfumes under your name: it helps you choose or create a fragrance, dilutes it to the right concentration, bottles and labels it, and prepares the regulatory documentation. You retain control of your brand, retail price and customer relationships.

At Carmel Cosmetics Labs, everything takes place in the same ISO 22716-certified factory in Aït Melloul, Greater Agadir: maceration, filtration, filling, pump crimping and batch quality control. Brand founders, retailers, influencers, hotels and spas follow the same process; only the fragrance and bottle change.

The difference is the proportion of fragrance concentrate in the finished product. A higher concentration generally means longer wear and a higher production cost. The ranges below are common market reference points; we agree on the exact concentration with you.

Actual longevity also depends on the fragrance: woody, amber and musk notes last longer than citrus notes.

Start with our fragrance library, organized by fragrance family, or commission a fragrance unique to your brand. In both cases, you smell samples before approval.

We do not copy branded perfumes: your fragrance is original and does not use the name or identity of an existing perfume. This helps protect your business and gives you a foundation for a lasting brand.

The bottle accounts for a large part of a perfume's perceived value. Our cosmetics packaging team offers glass bottles from 10 to 100 ml, crimp or screw-on pumps, caps, roll-ons and printed cartons.

• Bottles : 10, 30, 50 and 100 ml, clear, frosted or lacquered.
• Closures : crimp pumps, magnetic or metal caps, steel-ball roll-ons.
• Branding : labels, screen printing or hot stamping, cartons and gift boxes.

Perfume is a cosmetic product. It must comply with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 in the European Union, IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards and labeling requirements for allergens in the fragrance.

• An IFRA certificate for the composition, supplied with the fragrance.
• Allergens declared on the label in accordance with applicable regulations.
• For Europe, a Product Information File (PIF) and CPNP notification filing; your brand (or its appointed representative) remains the Responsible Person.
• FDA (MoCRA) registration for the United States; ONSSA and AMMPS in Morocco.

Your perfumes are manufactured in a factory certified to ISO 22716 (cosmetic good manufacturing practices) and ISO 9001 by Bureau Veritas. Every batch is checked for appearance, color, scent and fill level, and is traceable.
