In Great Britain a cosmetic product can only be placed on the market by a Responsible Person established in the UK, who notifies it to the Office for Product Safety and Standards through the Submit Cosmetic Product Notification service (SCPN) before the first sale. Your company, or a UK Responsible Person you appoint, files the notification. We prepare everything it needs.

Do you manufacture for brands in the United Kingdom?
Yes. We manufacture for brands in 35+ countries, and our London office is your point of contact. We produce in Morocco, in an ISO 22716 factory, and prepare your products for the UK market.
Who is the UK Responsible Person?
The UK Cosmetics Regulation requires a Responsible Person established in the United Kingdom for every cosmetic product placed on the market in Great Britain. It is your company if it is established in the UK, or a UK Responsible Person you appoint. We provide the Product Information File and the data it needs.
Who files the SCPN notification?
Your Responsible Person notifies each product to the Office for Product Safety and Standards through the Submit Cosmetic Product Notification service before it is placed on the market in Great Britain. We supply the full INCI list, the frame formulation and the product details in the format it uploads.
What has to be on the label for the UK?
The name and address of your UK Responsible Person, the country of origin for a product manufactured outside the UK, the ingredient list, the nominal content, the date of minimum durability or period after opening, precautions and the batch number. We design and print compliant labels.
Can the same products be sold in Northern Ireland and the EU?
Yes. Northern Ireland and the EU follow Regulation (EC) 1223/2009: you need a Responsible Person in the EU or Northern Ireland and a CPNP notification. Our formulas are made to that regulation, so one product can serve both markets. See our page for brands selling in the EU.
Are there customs duties between Morocco and the UK?
The UK and Morocco have an association agreement, applied since 1 January 2021, that continues the tariff preferences of the EU–Morocco agreement. Preferential rates apply to products that meet the rules of origin, and your shipment leaves with its export documents and certificate of origin (EUR.1).
Where is your factory, and can we visit?
Our factory is in Aït Melloul, in the Greater Agadir area, Morocco. You can visit it by appointment to see the filling lines and validate your samples on site. Our London office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (point of contact).
What is your minimum order quantity?
We keep the MOQ accessible. The exact quantity depends on the product and the packaging, and it is set with you in your quote.
Do I receive samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples of the formulas you select are sent to you in the UK, and you validate them before production.
