Can a cosmetic made in Morocco be sold in the EU and the UK?
Yes. The rules apply to the product placed on the market, not to where it is made. Once your product has a Responsible Person, a Product Information File, a safety report and its CPNP (EU) or SCPN (UK) notification, it is sold like any other cosmetic.
Do you file the CPNP or SCPN notification?
Yes, on request. We prepare the data and can submit the notification on the EU or UK portal for you. Your Responsible Person stays named on the label.
Who is the Responsible Person?
Your company if it is established in the EU or in Great Britain, or a person you appoint, such as your importer. We prepare the complete file they need.
Do I own the formula?
With a custom formula, yes: you receive the full composition and we sign an NDA before we start. White label formulas are shared catalogue formulas that we adapt to your brand.
Are the samples free?
Yes. You receive samples of the formulas you shortlist and you validate them before production.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We keep the MOQ accessible. The exact quantity depends on the product and the packaging, and it is set with you in your quote.
Are there customs duties?
Industrial products of Moroccan origin, cosmetics included, enter the European Union duty free with an EUR.1 movement certificate. For Great Britain, preferential rates apply under the UK and Morocco Association Agreement, subject to the rules of origin.
Will my customers see your name?
No. Your products carry your brand, and the label shows your Responsible Person's details.
